Um dos caras de trajetória mais improvável do indie, George Lewis Jr. – Twin Shadow – é um dominicano absorvido legal pela “onda do Brooklyn graças ao seu faro apurado em resgatar uma certa new wave esquecida, mas com batidas modernas.
Ele, que lançou seu álbum mais recente em 2012, “Confess”, informa que solta seu novo disco “Eclipse” dia 17 de março. Do registro, Twin Shadow liberou uma faixa inédita chamada “Turn Me Up” e postou algumas linhas para “justificar” a boa nova: “…my friends keep asking, ‘Turn me up’, what’s that mean? I keep saying, Take more from me. Ask more of me. Give me more back. Stop fighting against the things you want the most”.
